INSERM U515 MISCONDUCT 2-1

A second case of scientific misconduct is documented in the following pages.

this case refers to names’ omission on a publication.

Again, the facts occured in the Inserm unit 515:

The name of the Professor who has initiated and directed the project has been omitted.
The name of a Professor who came especially from Bulgaria to participate in this work has also been omitted.
Since the name of these two Professors is quoted in the acknowledgement section of the publication, it cannot be argued that the omission resulted from a typing error, as claimed in the first case. Therefore the omission has been performed deliberately.

In spite of complaints filed to the INSERM, CNRS and JCEM by the two Professors, no action has been taken.

By making these documents public we hope that it well help to uncover this scientific misconduct.
