"Altered expression of novH is associated with human adrenocortical tumorigenesis" Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism (JCEM 86, 3929-3940 (2001))

Most of the results reported in this manuscript were obtained in Bernard Perbal's group and under his scientific supervision. This project was initiated under his direction, long before his group participated in 1998 to forming the Inserm unit presently headed by Y. Le Bouc.
This manuscript has been published by members of B. Perbal’s laboratory who omitted his name and Pr S. Kyurkchiev's name.
Pr. Kyurckchiev purified the anti-Nov antibodies used in these studies, when he was working in B. Perbal's team as a visiting Professor at the Paris 7 University.
The results were obtained using research grants funded to B.Perbal as the principal investigator for this project.

Complaints have been filed to the Editor in chief of the journal, to the Director of the Inserm Institute, to the head of the "Biological Sciences" at the CNRS.
Until now, no action has been taken to condemn these acts of scientific misconduct.
By making available to the scientific community the key pieces of evidence that sustain our allegation of misconduct, everyone will be able to draw his own conclusions.
