Je pense qu'il est maintenant temps de préparer les figures pour la publi
concernant les corticosurrénalomes afin d'écrire ce qui peut être écrit.

Le papier pourrait décrire les ALTERATIONS DE NOV ASSOCIÉES À LA
TUMORIGÉNESE et contenir
- la détection in situ de nov par le K19 et l'antiGSTNOV (j'en ai parlé à
Herman qu doit préparer un montage)
-pour plus tard la détection avec les mêmes anticorps et dans les mêmes
conditions de NOV dans les tumeurs représentatives (Herman pourrait le
faire sans problème, je crois que ce serait mieux qu'il le fasse pour des
soucis d'homogénéité). Il suffit qu'on lui envoie des coupes.
-la détection des ARN dans les trois classes (normal, bénin, tumoral)
-la détection des protéines dans les trois classes
-pour plus tard les résultats des déglycosylations si ça marche.
-enfin, il serait intéressant de présenter les datas sur la lignée et les
xénogreffes, intra et extracellulaires.

La discussion pourrait traiter de l'intérêt diagnostique et pronostique de NOV.

On peut en reparler mercredi.

I think that it is time now to prepare the figures for the publi regarding the adrenocortical tumors in order to write up what can be written.


The paper could describe the ALTERATIONS OF NOV ASSOCIATED TO TUMORIGENESIS and contain
- the in situ detection of Nov by the k19 and the antiGSTNOV (I spoke about it with Herman who agreed to prepare a figure)
- later on, the detection of NOV in the representative tumors, with the same antibodies and under the same conditions (Herman could do it without any problem, I think it would be better that he is the one to do it for homogeneity purpose).We just have to send him the sections
- the detection of the RNA in the three groups(normal, benign, tumoral)
- the detection of proteins in the same three groups
- later on, the results of glycosidase assays if it works
- At last, it would be interesting to present the data on the cell line and xenograft, intra and extracellular.

The dicussion could address the value of NOV for diagnosis and prognosis.
